Introducing our cutting-edge product:
Transformer Oil Regeneration System
Regeneration is a process in which undesirable contaminants are eliminated or reduced significantly through physical or chemical adsorption processes.
INVEX transformer oil regeneration system not only remove water, gases, and particulate contamination, but also remove chemical byproducts including acids, aldehydes, ketones, and sludge, and then restore aged oil into condition fulfilling the requirements of IEC60296 and ASTMD4378 standards.
Transformer oil regeneration consists of two main simultaneous stages:
Regeneration stage:
– Physical parameters of oil restored by filters.
– Water and gases are removed by passing through a degasification vacuum tank.
– Impurities are stripped by a bank of columns that are filled with an absorbent media.
Reactivation stage:
– Impurities are removed from the sorbent and restored to its initial state.
– Exhausted sorbent media disposed of as dry waste in a landfill.
“Our outstanding machines are engineered to redefine efficiency and reliability in maintaining crucial equipment”
